Johann Christian Schieferdecke ? I wonder who sent this to you . I sold classical music for 24 years, and I didn't recognize his name . We are talking an OBSURE Baroque composer here ! I guess I just don't know my North German Baroque music that well !
Nice piece though . I wonder where it is from, and who the musicians are ?

It was my ' aunt '. My father's much younger brother's wife . Got that ? ( I have to get pen & paper most of the time . ) I have known her most of my life . When my uncle was in a lead singer in a R&R band ( what is cooler to a 8 year old boy - at least me ) , they used to let me ' roadie ' , and Lisa would 'help ' me . Esp. during all those band ' practices ' before a show , when the musicians would have to get ready . She & I have been trading books , ideas , and music forever . It's hard to say Aunt L. , so we are comfortable w/ L.

I never heard of the composer as well . She knows I like Baroque music , so she emailed me the link . I will ask her , but she is on vacation , and it's a bit dicey on a quick return . Ha , look who is writing .

It's odd the way you both hit the space-bar before and after punctuation. Is this by design or just an LMA glitch??

Design , to space things out a bit . I do write a bit more sometimes , and it's easier for me to proofread . I find it easier to read as well . Sometimes in a long post w/ out space it's not so easy for me to read . And I am not getting glasses in case some ( all ) of my family are paying you . Also , I will in the distant future be taking the Advanced WordSmith Grammar Course , complete with haggis and whipping .

Ok , just curious .

It's the haggis breath which is so very off-putting. I suggest you arrive early to class and sneak a bottle of Scope on to the Wordsmith's lectern.

No thanks. I have better offers for this evening's entertainment. Hope you're having a pleasant Saturday night.

I'm slow-cooking some baby-back ribs and enjoying the heat of the afternoon by the pool.

Gonna play dead now.:)
